The Packers stay undefeated with a close win over the Seminoles

The Packers stay on top of the Northern Conference with a hard fought battle with the Seminoles.

The finale score was 14-8, but the numbers could not tell the whole story. Right from the start, the Big Boys from Brooklyn let the Packers know that they were going to give them every thing they had to win the game. The Seminoles defense pounded the Packers running-backs on every play. The Packers held their ground with short yard passing and quick sweeps for yards.

The Seminoles scored first with a 40 yard drive that ended with a blast up the middle for the touchdown. The two point conversion was good and the Seminoles took the lead.

The Packers marched down the field with a nice mix of passes and runs. They scored behind a Mickael Vick type of QB run for a 20 yard touchdown. They went for a two-point conversion and completed a pass into the end zone for the tie. The Packers scored again in the second half and the Packer defense held the Seminoles out of the end zone for the rest of the game. Trust me when I say this fan can't wait until they meet again!

Broncos shut-out the Cynder 15-0 for their first win of the season.

The Broncos defense pitched a shutout today against the Cynder.

The Cynder seemed to have trouble getting the defense and their offense started.

The Broncos took advantage of this and moved the ball down the field with strong running and passes. The Broncos were determined to get a win and get out of the rut they seemed to have been in.

"Today we played like the team I know we are" said Head Coach Robert Cruz. "We are a young team and it will take a while before we mesh. But when we do, I know we will make a run for the playoffs."

NY Venom give up a win to the Longhorns by forfeit.

Due to a field mix up, the Venom suffered their first lost of the season by a forfeit to the Longhorns. The forfeit was due to a field booking mix up.

"We will bounce back from this.  We look forward to next week's game." said Coach Booker of the Venom
